really bad news everyone, comedy central decided not to renew futurama for new episodes in 2014 and beyond, and that means that for the 3rd time, the series will end. the last episodes (for now i hope) will air since june 19, 2013, and the final episode will air on september 4, 2013. comedy central gave futurama new life since the dvd movies, but in the last season, the viewers and discs sales where not enough. according to ericrogers, futurama head writer, it is well known that futurama is very expensive to produce.. so that pulled the plug. david x cohen and matt groening are waiting to see if any other network or alternative can keep the
